This strap design is from my new Artisan Series. If you want to replicate the straps from the 40s, then this is the way to go. Hand assembled, stitched and painted.
This design was made with 3mm stitch spacing, for a more vintage look but different spacing is possible.
The strap is made from very fine Italian Calf with a soft temper and wrinkled look.
The underside is smooth calf tanned in Italy. Optionally you can pick different calf for the underside.
